Beyond tech since 2022

neoG and cactro were placing thousands in tech. Then a student asked for help. His sister was a B.Com graduate. Wanted a good career but had no clear path forward.

Realized the same placement problem existed outside tech. Commerce graduates, finance graduates, business students—all struggling to become job-ready.

Collaborated with commerce and finance experts. Built training programs for Business Analysts. Same model as neoG and cactro but for non-tech careers.

Trained and placed hundreds of analysts across companies. Proved that our approach to practical education works beyond just programming.

Teaching fundamentals since 2021

cactro was placing students. But they kept asking: where do we actually learn to build?

Existing courses were too advanced. Started with frameworks. Skipped fundamentals. Students from tier-3 colleges couldn't follow.

Built neogcamp. Starts from zero. JavaScript fundamentals done right. Then HTML, CSS, React, full-stack. Daily practice. Real projects. Code reviews from actual developers.

Thousands trained since 2021. Placed at Flipkart, IBM, Meesho, startups. The insight: developers aren't hired for what they know. They're hired for what they can build.

Where it all started. 2014-2017.

Fresh out of college at 22. Didn't know much about the world. But I knew I loved teaching.

Every weekend, took buses across South India. Bangalore to Mangalore. Bangalore to Manipal. Teaching web development workshops at colleges. Bootstrap, responsive design, HTML fundamentals.

98% rating. Students writing articles about how it changed their understanding of web dev. That rating boosted my confidence. Made me realize teaching wasn't just something I liked—it was something I could actually do well.
